Sellerly only uses information for the advertised services and does not use any business or personal data for any purposes other than sending review requests to customers on marketplaces.
What is Sellerly?
Sellerly (Sellerly B.V.) offers services for businesses selling on marketplaces. Through Sellerly, marketplace sellers can easily send review requests to customers and analyze their reviews.
What data does Sellerly process?
In principle, Sellerly processes data about your business when you use Sellerly's services and/or because you provide your data directly to Sellerly yourself. Below is an overview of the data we process.

Sharing with third parties
Sellerly only shares your data with third parties involved in executing the services, such as hosting providers or IT suppliers. A data processing agreement has been concluded with these parties to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.
Location of data storage / transfer outside the EU
Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is stored outside the EEA, Sellerly ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR, for example by using Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention period
Data processed by Sellerly is retained in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Data is not kept longer than strictly necessary.
Your rights
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have several rights regarding your data and how it is processed:
Access: You can always view and, if necessary, change your own (personal) data in your account. If you want to see the data stored about you, you can make an access request via info@sellerly.nl.
Rectification: If you want to make changes to the data you have seen following an access request and which you cannot change yourself in your account, you can request Sellerly to do so. You can request Sellerly to change, correct, supplement, delete, or block your data.
Objection: If a certain processing activity takes place based on the legitimate interest of Sellerly or a third party, you have the right to object to this processing.
Data portability: You can always obtain your own (personal) data. You can submit a request for data portability via info@sellerly.nl.
Withdrawing consent: In all cases where the basis for processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent. This will not affect past processing, but it means we will no longer be allowed to process that data. Consequently, your services may be terminated.
Complaints: You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Sellerly uses functional and technical cookies to improve the website experience. Cookies are small (text) files that are stored on your device during a visit to a website.
