Sellerly uses information only for the advertised services and does not use any company or personal data for purposes other than sending review requests to customers on marketplaces. 

What is Sellerly?

Sellerly offers services for companies that sell on marketplaces. Through Sellerly, marketplace sellers can easily send a request to leave a review to their customers and analyze their reviews.

What data does Sellerly process?

Sellerly generally processes data about your company when you use Sellerly's services and/or because you provide your data directly to Sellerly. Below is an overview of the data we process.

Sharing with third parties

Sellerly only shares your data with third parties involved in performing the services, such as hosting providers or IT suppliers. A data processing agreement is in place with these parties to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

Location of data storage / transfer outside the EU

Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is stored outside the EEA, Sellerly ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR, for example, by using Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention period

Data processed by Sellerly is retained in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Data are not kept longer than strictly necessary.

Your rights

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have several rights concerning your data and its processing:

  • Access: You can always view and, if necessary, change your personal data in your account. If you want to see the data that has been saved about you, you can request access via info@sellerly.nl.

  • Modification: If you want to make changes to the data you have seen following an access request and you cannot change them in your account yourself, you can request to do so with Sellerly. You can ask Sellerly to change, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.

  • Objection: If a particular processing is based on Sellerly's legitimate interest or that of a third party, you have the right to object to this processing.

  • Data transfer: You can always obtain your personal data. You can submit a request for transfer via info@sellerly.nl.

  • Withdraw consents: In all cases where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it again. This has no consequences for the past but means that we may no longer process those data. This results in the termination of any services you may have.

  • Complaints: You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Sellerly uses functional and technical cookies to improve the website experience. Cookies are small (text) files stored on your device during a website visit. Sellerly stores cookies without your consent when they are strictly necessary to use the website. For other cookies, Sellerly needs your consent. In addition to functional cookies, Sellerly also uses cookies from Google for Google Analytics to collect analytical data.
